A unique platform to manage offers information and vitalize the group’s hotel Web sites
In order for Accor’s rich offer to take full advantage of Web media, the group’s marketing and communications teams reached a point where it had become necessary to be able to easily create and promote their “Packages”, offers composed of activity themes, destinations, flights and hotels.
Thus, the WEDIA solution enables Accor's team to:
- publish easily information in several languages and on several sites
- animate and vitalize sales web sites of the Groupe Accor (Accorhotels.com, country sites, brand sites)
- improve visitors experience on the site bringing more animation and offer updates
Moreover, the integration of the tool to the existing architecture was easy.
" To provide visitors with the best possible service, we wanted to accelerate our publication cycles. The NOHETO software fit right into our objects and integrated with our corporate repositories. This way, contributors don’t have to re-enter data in order to benefit from information about the 2,888 hotels in our European brands, in the 7 languages supported by our reservation system ", explains Jean-Marc MORI, e-commerce information systems director for the Accor Group.
