A Brand Management solution to meet new strategic objectives.

To be consistent with the new international dimension of the Group, Geodis wanted to completely overhaul its institutional group portal. WEDIA associated with Micropole-Univers partner has implemented a new platform to handle communications i.e. put the customers at the heart of the site, present both its industry offers and new transverse offer
and promote group's expertise to recruit young talents
. Thus, Geodis is able to 

  • Create, manage and script many global sites (groups, brands...) and local sites (country, entity ...) from a pooled reference platform
  • Produce communications in a collaborative mode and have contributors work simply and quickly
  • Reduce drastically costs related to heavy specific developments
Designing the new portal, WEDIA has established a work methodology and managed technical teams. The portal serves now as a basis to create the four departments sites of Geodis.
