NAM inbound marketing manager

NYC or Trumbull, CT – Full-time

 

Job Description:

 

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company in North America. You will be in charge of driving the NAM site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial planning that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties in line with the overall Marketing strategy (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new NAM leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Support the optimization process of our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success in your region (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and help continually refine our process to convert customers.

 

Requirements:

 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Digital Native.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Slideshare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • French language would be considered an asset.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

NAM solution engineer – VIE

NYC – Full-time

 

Job Description:

 

The primary role of a successful Solutions Engineer is to work collaboratively with Wedia’s direct sales team to provide support for all technical aspects of the sales cycle for prospects and existing customers. In concert with the sales executive, the Solution Engineer maps product capabilities to client needs and sets mutually understood and accepted expectations related to our solutions to ensure the success of post-sale implementations. Day-to-Day job activities include but are not limited to the following;

  • Software demonstrations (in person, web, tradeshow…),
  • Demonstration preparation,
  • RFI/RFP preparation,
  • Contribute to account planning and strategy,
  • Technical liaison (representing Sales) to Professional Service, support and R&D teams.

In short, the Solution Engineer plays a vital role in establishing and supporting the technical sales relationship with prospects & clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical sales support for the sales team during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and present the business benefits in conjunction with the functional capabilities of Wedia solutions to prospective customers.
  • Develop prospect specific proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Participate in the opportunity discovery process to identify and document business and technical requirements during the prospect qualification phase of the sales cycle.
  • Understand the prospect’s business and technical requirements as related to specific functions and/or capabilities of Wedia’s solutions.
  • Assist in the post-sale transition from sales to the professional services team.
  • Liaise between customers and HQ support & hosting teams whenever required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • MS degree majoring in computer science.
  • 3+ years of Pre-Sales experience ideally in Digital Marketing technologies such as: MRM, DAM, CMS, PIM or web projects.
  • Excellent customer facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing and quantitative skills, specifically related to proposals, RFI/RFP response and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle – qualification, proposal, post-sale transition.
  • Strong ability to communicate through compelling presentation (written, oral and product demonstrations).
  • Strong ability to understand and describe Wedia’s technical architecture and its ability to interoperate with prospective customer IT infrastructures.
  • Strong technology background (J2EE and Web 2.0 experience preferred) combined with the ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels (IT, Operations and Executive level).
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, persistence, discipline and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Experience with Software as a Service(SaaS) and subscription applications.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • French language would be considered an asset.
  • Bonus skills: InDesign, React, Linux, web platform administration.

 

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

 

This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
