Global logistics company adopts a brand management solution to meet new strategic objectives.

Geodis wanted to completely overhaul its institutional group portal so it better reflected the group's international character. WEDIA, with implementation partner Micropole-Univers, implemented a new platform that would help them handle communications with customers, present its full portfolio of products to the industry, and to promote the group's expertise to attract young recruits. WIth the WEDIA solution in place, Geodis is able to: 

  • Create, manage, and publish both global branded websites and local sites from a shared reference platform
  • Produce communications in a collaborative mode and have contributors work quickly and efficiently
  • Reduce costs related to intensive development of one-off campaigns
When designing the new portal, WEDIA established a work methodology and managed the technical teams. The portal now serves as a way for four departments at Geodis to manage their sites.
