- Free and unlimited access to our presales support
- A fair Partner payment in exchange for its active contribution to winning a project using WEDIA Solutions
- When a Partner introduces a project to WEDIA and is not the only Partner proposing WEDIA Solutions, it will be informed of the existence of competing bids based on WEDIA’s Solutions
- WEDIA shall not communicate the existence of a project to any Partners when the project has been introduced by an identified Partner
- WEDIA shall not grant exclusivity to any Partner
- In cases where a Partner is, to WEDIA’s knowledge, the only one offering WEDIA Products, WEDIA teams may participate in pitching the project to the End Client in order to help the Partner win the bid
- Acess to pre-sale support is free of charge for projects submitted by a Partner to an End Client
- WEDIA’s test and development licences are unlimited and free of charge both for pre-sale/prototype phases
- The Partner certification levels are levels of quality assurance for our end clients and levels of the Partner’s involvement in implementing WEDIA Solutions
- Certification is free of charge. It is based on the Partner’s commercial and technical commitment
- Certification is renewed annually by WEDIA
