Cookie: this is a small file stored by a server on a user's terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and associated with a web domain (i.e. in most cases, with all the pages of a single website). This file is automatically sent back when the same domain is contacted again.
Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Data controller: this is the legal entity (company, municipality, etc.) or natural person who determines the purposes and means of a processing operation, i.e. the objective and the way in which it is carried out. In practice, this is usually the legal entity represented by its legal representative. In the case of cookie processing, we are the data controller: Wedia, 33 rue Lafayette, 75009 Paris, France
GDPR: stands for "General Data Protection Regulation". The GDPR governs the processing of personal data within the European Union.
Subcontractor: this refers to the natural or legal person (company or public body) that processes data on behalf of another organization (the controller), as part of a service or provision.
Wedia is responsible for the processing of data collected via cookies on its website. These cookies are deposited by various suppliers who are responsible for their own potential processing of this data.
The software does not include analytics cookies by default. However, our Customers may request to include this type of cookie, such as Google Analytics, Datadog or other tracking cookies. In this case, the portal will also collect the user's browsing and behavior on these tools. Refusing tracking in the cookie banner allows you to refuse all tracking.
You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, for rectification or erasure, or for a restriction of the processing, where you have the right to object to the processing and to request the portability of your data.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out prior to the withdrawal thereof.
Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
