Wedia Digital Asset Management recognized in Gartner Reports 2020

Wedia listed in Gartner’s 2020 Market Guide for Digital Asset Management and Marketing Technology Vendor Guide

Wedia has been recognized by Gartner in their 2020 Market Guide for Digital Asset Management as well as the Gartner Marketing Technology Vendor Guide for its Digital Asset Management and Distributed Marketing Management solutions.

Recently, leading research and advisory company, Gartner, published two reports: the “Gartner Marketing Technology Vendor Guide” and the “Market Guide for Digital Asset Management.” We are happy to announce that Wedia has been listed as a representative vendor in both reports for its Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Distributed Marketing Solutions.

The Gartner Marketing Technology Vendor Guide

The Gartner Marketing Technology Vendor Guide presents an overview of key trends in today’s marketing technology landscape with recommendations on how to prioritize and align marketing priorities with the right solutions. It also provides an analysis of the marketing technology, or ‘martech’ vendor ecosystem. Wedia is one of the only to be selected as a representative vendor for both the Digital Asset Management and Distributed Marketing Platforms  categories for the second year in a row.

In light of today’s pandemic situation, and as consumers increasingly move towards digital, contactless ways of consuming and communicating, companies must evolve and equip themselves with the right marketing technologies to reach and engage their digital audiences, and successfully compete in a highly fragmented and competitive online environment.

According to Gartner, “CMOs rely on marketing technology to enable business processes and deliver results.” This guide will help you “navigate an evolving martech vendor ecosystem and identify specific martech solutions capable of helping you achieve business goals while driving competitive advantage in the marketplace.”

Gartner presents a list of vendors within five main categories: Content and Customer Experience, Advertising Technology, Direct Marketing & Marketing Management, Data & Analytics, and Web Operations. The representative vendors range from web content management and digital asset management solutions, to customer data, personalization and digital commerce platforms. Wedia is recognized for both its Digital Asset Management and Distributed Marketing Management solutions for the second year in a row.

Gartner clients can read the Gartner guide to see the complete list of various marketing solutions as well as recommendations for evaluating and integrating new solutions.

The Gartner Market Guide for Digital Asset Management

Gartner also offers a more-indepth look on Digital Asset Management technologies in its Market Guide for Digital Asset Management, exploring why organizations continue to invest in DAM solutions specifically. “Rapidly expanding volume and velocity of content, real-time personalization variations, and global distribution are driving more organizations to investigate DAMs.” Wedia’s Digital Asset Management  solution is recognized among the list of representative vendors for the fourth year in a row. For a list of use cases, recommendations and an analysis of sample vendors and their products, services and solutions specific to Digital Asset Management, consult the DAM Market Guide here.
